Student Registration

The Student Registration Center is open
Monday through Friday
8:30am - 11:00am and 1:00pm - 3:00pm

We are located at 700 Holbrook Avenue, appointments are strongly recommended.

Parents must visit the registration center during operating hours for the enrollment of new students. Please view the list of documents necessary to complete registration by accessing the New Enrollment link.

Upon visiting the Registration Center with the required documents, the next step is to contact your child's assigned school building to complete the enrollment process.

Grades K-6:  Once you have completed the enrollment process at the New Student Registration Center, you may contact your child’s assigned building the following day. An office employee will relay start date, teacher assignment, and bus information.

Grades 7-12:   After completing the initial registration process, please telephone the school to consult with the guidance office for scheduling. Your child cannot be allowed to attend school until a schedule has been created for them. (Please view the Lebanon City Schools Directory of Facilities)

****We want to make your child’s first day a positive experience, so we need one day to prepare to have him/her join our classes. If your child has any medical issues that need to be addressed please contact the building nurse at 513/934-5309 prior to the start of school.
