The Lebanon City School district has an English as a Second Language (ESL) Program for any of our K-12 students who’s acquiring the English language. The purpose of the program is to provide support as he or she attempts to understand and function in a new cultural or academic environment. This service is delivered during school hours. Our ESL tutors provide direct language instruction to students and collaborate with their teachers to develop an understanding of their strengths and provide intervention through a Limited English Proficient (LEP) Plan.
